During my city trip, I stayed at a hotel that had a great location near some of the best sightseeing spots. The building was clean and well-maintained, which was nice to see. the staff who were there were friendly and accommodating.
There were some negative aspects of my stay that I can't overlook. The communication with the staff was poor and the breakfast service advertised wasn't provided, which was a letdown.

The hotel is situated nearby some attractions which is convenient for getting around. the room was well kept and clean. the bathroom was tidy, and the shower was in good working condition. the bed was comfortable and the room included a TV.
Some areas were lacking in service and communication could be improved.

Location of the hotel was great, really convenient to reach some sightseeing spots and places to eat. Plus, the hotel was spotlessly clean which was a huge plus. Best aspects: the hotel was located close to some key landmarks, making it perfect for exploring the area. it was so neat and tidy that it made our stay a lot more comfortable. the room itself was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep.
we didn't receive any information so we had a hard time understanding the process regarding breakfast.
